Shopping & Orders
How do I place an order?
Ordering is simple! Browse our collection, select your preferred frame and lens options, and add them to your cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and you're all set. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption for your peace of mind.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is also available at checkout. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
What is your return policy?
NOIR Edge products that are unused and in original condition may be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days of delivery. All returns, exchanges and warranty claims require an RMA number (Return Material Authorization) Please call 1-800-521-9746 or email support@noiredge.com for an RMA to initiate the return process.

How do I clean and care for my glasses?
To keep your glasses in top condition, clean the lenses daily with the microfiber cloth pouch provided. Use lens cleaning spray or mild soap with lukewarm water — avoid paper towels or clothing as they can scratch the lenses. Store your glasses in the case when not in use to prevent damage.
Do your glasses come with a warranty?
Yes! All NOIR Edge frames come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover accidental damage, scratches, or normal wear and tear.
