We want you to love your NOIR Edge purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return window

You may return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized products cannot be returned.

How to start a return

1. Contact us at support@noiredge.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll send you return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
3. Pack the item securely and ship it within 7 days of receiving instructions.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Let us know when you contact us and we'll ship the replacement once your return is received, subject to availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
